Energize your environment for the spring equinox!

“Dark equal, equal light
Flow in Circle, an in-depth vision
Blessed be, blessed be
The transformation of energy!
So it flows, it goes
Three times it will be
Blessed be, blessed be
The transformation of energy! “
– Night An’Fey, Energy Transformation

Mars brings us two special events on the same day this year – the Spring Equinox and the Full Worm Moon! The spring equinox heralds the first day of spring, when day and night become equal in the northern and southern hemispheres. The worm’s full moon celebrates the last full moon of winter. Native Americans used the lunar phases to follow the seasons and gave special names to the full moon each month. At the time of the worm’s full moon, the frozen ground begins to soften and earthworms begin to emerge, attracting blackbirds and other birds.

The natural world comes to life! This March Full Moon is also known as Crow Moon, Sap Moon, Sugar Moon, and Chaste Moon. The old English / Anglo-Saxon name is Lenten Moon. With the convergence of the Spring Equinox and the Worm’s Full Moon, we have all of nature’s signs to say goodbye to winter. Now is the time for new beginnings, new perspectives and a sense of energy and rebirth.
